This unit is designed to assist students to develop a strategic awareness of the processes involved in changing organisations through developing their human resources to reconfigure goals, systems and structures. The unit is practical in orientation and provides a variety of interactive sessions to explore the practical skills of consultancy, analysis, diagnosis, and the intervention processes of organisational development. | |||
