MAN401A Management IV

Description:
The unit will critically examine business organisations from a variety of perspectives and explore frameworks and models from the mainstream of the management literature. Emphasis will be given to understanding the dynamics and difficulties associated with the design and restructure of organisations in a globalising environment. Students will be encouraged to learn contemporary management practice, develop critical and creative ways of thinking and to identify their own strengths as managers.
