TDE5106 Human Resource Performance Improvement

Description:
This unit will look at training and development strategies in terms of their impact upon performance improvement within organisations. Foundations of performance improvement theory, implications for practice and strategies for monitoring and measuring performance improvement will be investigated. The role of action learning in facilitating performance improvement will be reviewed and the place of performance improvement and action learning within the concept of the learning organisation will be evaluated.
